Mark's Veggie Chili

Ingredients
*Textured Soy Protein (TSP) - Bob's Red Mill Organiz All Natural, 28 gram(s) *Chick Peas, 4 cup **Unico Red Kidney Beans, 3 cup Milisana Pezzettoni Diced Tomatos, 1.5 cup Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 1 large (2-1/4 per lb, approx 3-3/4" Garlic, 3 cloves Lemons, 0.5 fruit without seeds Chili powder, 3 tbsp *Cumin seed, 3 tbsp Water, tap, 3 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)
Directions
Chop red pepper, garlic. Chop up lemon half. Combine all in pot. At some point, take out lemon rinds. Works well in a crock pot, in which case, leave in for 8-10 hours. If hydrating chic peas first, try it the water with the lemon, remove the rinds when done, and add everything in.
