Apple Cider Green Beans

Ingredients
4 cups frozen green beans1 TB olive oil1 small yellow onion, finely chopped3/4 cup apple cider
Directions
In a large skillet (with lid), drizzle olive oil and heat to medium or medium-high. Saute onions until almost carmelized. Pour in apple cider and stir.

Pour frozen green beans into skillet, toss with liquid in skillet.

Reduce heat and cover. Cook approximately 15-20 minutes depending on how crisp you like your green beans, stirring occassionally.
