Low Carb Salmon Wraps

Ingredients
3 - 6 oz. cans Bear & Wolf Wild Alaskan Salmon (or any skinless and boneless salmon)3/4 cup flax seed meal (ground flax)2 large eggs1/2 cup chopped green onion1/4 cup parmesian cheese1 tsp. dill weed1 tbsp. dijon mustard6 large Don Pancho High Fiber Low Carb Wraps 2 tbsp. butter spinach leaves, shredded cheese and tarter sauce (optional)
Directions
1. Mix first 7 ingredients in large size bowl. Shape mixture into 6 patties.
2. Melt butter in skillet over medium heat. Cook patties in butter over medium heat for about 10 minutes, turning once, until brown and cooked through.
3. Fill wrap with patty (2 halves) and add spinach leaves, shredded cheese and tarter sauce.
