-Olive Oil (about .5 cup or enough to cover the bottom of your pan)-Broccoli (about .5 cup, chopped)-Roma Tomato (about .75 cup, wedged)-Green Onion (about .25 cup, wedged)-Beef: Stew Meat (about 4 oz)-Soy Sauce (about 1 tbsp)
- Heat oil in frying pan
- Add broccoli
- Wedge half a Roma tomato and add to broccoli
- Wedge a medium green onion (radish sized) and add to pan
(These were homegrown onions, if you buy from the store, add some chopped white onion or some sliced green onion, as green onions from the store are smaller)
- Add meat
- Sprinkle with Soy Sauce
- Let cook until meat is to your liking
