Maple-Bourbon Glazed Salmon

1/2 cup maple syrup1/4 cup cider vinegar2 Tbsp. whole grain Dijon mustard2 garlic cloves, pressed1/4 tsp. salt1/4 tsp. pepper1 Tbsp. bourbon4 skinless salmon fillets1 tsp. Mrs. Dash (garlic & herb seasoning)
Combine syrup, vinegar, mustard, pressed garlic, salt, and black pepper. Microwave on high 6-8 minutes or until reduced by half. Cool slightly; set aside.
Heat a grill pan for 5 minutes. Season salmon with Mrs. Dash. Lightly spray pan with nonstick cooking spray; add salmon top side down. Cook 10-12 minutes or until salmon flakes easily with a fork, turning once. Brush salmon with glaze during last minute of cooking. Pour any remaining glaze over salmon before removing from pan.
