14 Rhodes Texas Style Bake n Serve Rolls (thawed overnight in fridge)1.5lbs 80/20 Ground beef3 cups shredded cabbage1 onion, dicedsalt and pepper to taste
Brown ground beef in pan. Simmer cabbage and onion in water in a pan - drain off water and mix with cooked ground beef; season with salt and pepper.
**Make sure to flour your rolling pin and surface.
Thaw frozen rolls in fridge over night.
Roll out each roll with rolling pin until big enough to place a scoopful of meat mix and pinch ends together to make a pocket. Place on baking sheet and allow dough to rise for about 30 minutes before baking.
Bake at 350 for 20-30 minutes or until brown. May coat with oil prior to baking.
These freeze well. Makes 14.
