Blended Up Zucchini Bread

Ingredients
3 eggs1 cup of oil (applesauce or greek yogurt can substitute)1 tsp vanilla2 1/2 cups sugar3 cups flour2 tsp cinnamon1 tsp salt1 tsp baking soda1 1/2 tsp baking powderTopping:1 cup chopped nuts2 tsp sugar2 tsp cinnamon
Directions
Add eggs, oil, zucchini, and vanilla to blender. Blend until completely smooth. Pour into a large bowl. Add sugar, flour, cinnamon, salt, baking soda, and baking powder. Stir until combined. Put into 2 loaf pans that are greased and floured. Sprinkle with sugar, nuts, and cinnamon as topping. Bake 1 hour at 350 or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
