Lemon Garlic Ahi Tuna

Ingredients
1 - Ahi Tuna Steak (thawed out)1/2 tsp - Minced Garlic1/2 tsp - Black Pepper1/2 - Fresh Lemon
Directions
Rub both sides of the Ahi Tuna Steak with garlic and pepper. Then squeeze fresh lemon juice on both sides of the steak.

Place the fish in a covered container and chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

Turn the oven on 400 degrees and cook the steak (uncovered) for 6-10 minutes. (6 min will leave the steak a little pink while 10 mins will cool the fish thoroughly). Turn the steak over and bake an additional 6-10 mins.
