Ingredients
3/4 pound of whole wheat pasta (elbow, spiral, etc)1 jar of spaghetti sauce1/2 pound of lean hamburger1 1/2 cups of diced celery3 Tbs chopped onion
Directions
Boil water and cook pasta till done. Cook hamburger, onion, and celery till browned. Add sauce and stir. Add pasta to desired constency. Serve. Makes 4 large servings. Can add shredded cheese to top and melt.

    Great, made some minor changes I doubled the batch since I had extra meat. I didn't have enough spaghetti sauce so I used one can of tomatoes w/ green chilies and one sm can of tomato paste. Seasoned with Garlic powder, Basil,Oregano and tad of cheese on top with a dollop of low-fat sour cream. - 11/2/08
