12 oz EXTRA Lean ground beef (Subed)1/2 tea of ginger root, minced1 cup raw onion, chopped1 1/2 cup frozen peas and carrots / thawed out (Subed)1.5 tea cider vinager1.5 tea brown sugar1 gram corn starch0.5 low fat chicken broth (Subed)4 cups Wheat spaghetti (Subed)
Get a nice sear on the ground beef until browning. Take out and reserve. Add carrots, peas, & onions, stir fry until tender. Stir in remaining ingridiants except spaghetti. Add meat to mixture and cook until it begins to thicken. Cook you spaghetti while your doing all this then add the cooked spaghetti to the mix cook for 2 minutes then serve hot.
