Soy Mustard Tilapia

Ingredients
1 Lb Tilapia filets1 Tbsp Stone Ground Mustard1 Tbsp Rice Wine Vinegar1 Tbsp Low Sodium Soy Sauce1 Tbsp Splenda1 Tbsp Olive Oil
Directions
In small bowl combine Mustard, Vinegar, Soy Sauce and Splenda. Add mixture and fillets to large zip top bag. Gently toss to combine and rest for 30 minutes. Add oil to large skillet over medium heat. Add fish and cook for 5-10 minutes (depending on thickness), turning halfway through cooking.

Serving Size: 6 Fillets (appx 2 1/2 oz each)
