Thai Green Prawn Curry

Ingredients
Onions, Thai green curry paste, coconut milk, fish sauce, prawns, squid, frozen mixed veggies, vermicelli noodles, olive oil.
Directions
Caramelize onions in olive oil and add curry paste and veggies, after 15 mins add the fish sauce and coconut milk. In a separate pan sear the prawns and squid and add them to the curry. Meanwhile pour boiling water over the vermicelli and let cook for 5 minutes, drain and add to the curry. Leave on low heat for 5 minutes and then serve hot.
