Fruited Curry Chik'n Salad

Ingredients
1 pkg Morningstar Chick'n strips (or any vegetarian chicken substitute)1 stalk celery, chopped1/2 onion, chopped1 small apple - peeled, cored and chopped1/3 cup golden raisins1/3 cup seedless green grapes, halved1/2 cup chopped toasted pecans1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper1/2 teaspoon curry powder1/2 cup light mayonnaise
Directions
In a large salad bowl combine the chick'n, celery, onion, apple, raisins, grapes, pecans, pepper, curry powder and mayonnaise. Mix all together, tossing to coat. Salad is ready to serve!
