1 cup boiling water2 tsp. cocoa powder4 tsp. coffee whitener1/4 cup milk3 tbsp. Splenda (adjust to taste)
Directions
In a mug combine the cocoa poweder, coffee whitener, and Splenda. Add enough milk to make a thick paste. Add water and stirr until mixed well. Add remaining milk.
