Cabbage, fresh, 1 head, large (about 7" dia) Tomato Sauce, 1.75 cup *Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 2 tbsp Onions, raw, 1 large Garlic, 3 cloveTomato Paste, .13 cup
Boil quartered cabbage for 40 mins. While boiling saute chopped garlic and onion in sauce pan. Once onions start turning clear add tomato paste and sauce. Simmer. Once cabbage is done, drain, chop and add to sauce. Simmer 10 more minutes. Add a little salt and pepper if desired.
