Spicy Red Pepper Talapia

6-8 oz of talapia 1/2 red bell pepper1 garlic clove1 chile in adobo sauce1/2 tbsp of adobo sauce
Combine the red pepper, garlic, and adobo ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth.
In a small dish, place the fish and cover in half the red pepper sauce. Turn over and repeat. Let marinade in the refrigerator for half an hour.
Remove from refrigerator and grill in a medium-size nonstick pan until white and flaky.
Top with remaining sauce, if desired.
Serving Size: makes 2 fish fillets
