Pignoli (Pine Nuts) Tuna Salad Sandwich

Ingredients
3 oz tuna, water packed, drained1 tsp Dijon mustard1 tsp fat free yogurt, plain1 tsp (about 8) pignoli nutspinch of saltpinch of dill weed1/2 tomato, sliced (optional)Lettuce (optional)2 slices whole grain bread or bun
Directions
Mix drained tuna, mustard, yogurt, pignoli nuts, dill and sat.

Serve between 2 slices whole grain bread or bun. Add lettuce and tomato if desired.
