1 cup almond flour2 eggs1/4 cup water2 Tbl oil (coconut oil is best)1/4 tsp salt1/2 tsp baking sodasweetener to taste
Mix ingredients together well. Let batter sit for about 15 minutes (to allow baking soda to react for fluffier pancakes). Pour onto hot griddle or pan over medium high heat (about 325-350 degree F). Flip them when the edges start to dry.
