I have this in the oven right now and make it often. It IS rather high in calories and sodium but if you can bear to throw out some of the sauce, you can eat the sauce-coated chicken and discard the excess sauce. Still, it's VERY good and is usually a hit when served for company or at pot lucks. - 11/28/12

Nearly 600 calories--that nearly 50% of my total for the day. Why is this recipe listed in the 12- Fresh Cranberry list when it clearly calls for canned cranberry sauce? - 12/8/11

i haven't cooked this yet and i'm sure it is yummy, but 600 calories per serving and tons of salt... i'm wondering why this is a great diet recipe! Am i reading the label wrong? - 12/7/11

I really liked this. I would change a few things like try it without the onion soup mix or less of it and maybe some other citrus taste to it. I will try different variations next time. - 7/4/11

Wow, this one was great. I made it one night before going to work, and even my husband said it was a keeper (high praise from him). They also have a low sodium onion soup mix that cut the sodium way down for me. Yum! - 1/8/08

This recipe looks great. You could cut out a lot of the sodium by using only half of the onion soup mix and still get the great taste. - 12/20/07
