Jane's High Protein Get Up & Go Bars

1 oz sesame sticks1/2 cup quick oats1 oz sugar free chocolate covered peanuts1/2 cup rice crispies1/4 cup walnuts1/4 cup mixed nuts1/4 cup dried cranberries4 oz whey protein powder1/2 cup honey2 tbsp butter
1. Heat honey and butter together.
2. Put all other ingredients in a baggie and roll with rolling pin or can. Put into a mixing bowl.
3. Pour heated mixture over rest of ingredients and mix with a spoon or hands (may be hot at first).
4. Spoon onto parchment paper. Divide into 2. Take half the mixture and roll or press to about 1/4" thick, 3" wide by 12" long. Do the same to the other half of the mixture.
5. Bake at 300 degress for 20 minutes.
Serving Size: Makes 12 bars 2x3", 1/4" thick
