Ingredients
Tart dough:30 grams light mayonnaise30 grams flourdash salt and pepperTart filling:2 medium eggs25 grams fine cut leeks25 grams fine cut green beans (frozen ok)dash salt and pepperclives is optional
Directions
Mix the ingredients for the tart dough and spread it out in a tiny tart form for one person with help of a piece of plastic food film. Bake in the oven at 200 c.
While this is cooking beat the eggs, and add the leeks, beans salt and pepper. When the Tart dough is cooked pour the filling over it and bake again 20 minutes or until the mixture is firm.

Eat 30 grams bread and a salad to the pie.
