2 6oz Canned Crab Meat1/3 Cup Bread Crumbs - Italian Style,1/2 Cup Crushed Saltine Crackers 1/4 Cup Cilantro1/2 Cup Onion2 Tbs Old Bay Seasoning1 /2 T Garlic Powder1 Egg1 Tbs Butter, unsalted1 TbsExtra Virgin Olive Oil3 Tbs Kraft Light Mayo
Mix all ingredients ,except oil and butter. Using hands is easiest. Form into 2 oz patties Heat oil and butter in skillet over med heat. Sautee crab cakes for about 10 minutes, flipping a couple times to brown on both sides.
Serve with Fancy Sauce
