Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

Ingredients
8 tbsp Blue Bonnet Lite Margarine1/2 C Splenda Brown Sugar Blend1/2 C Splenda1 lg egg1 tsp vanilla 3/4 C flour1/2 tsp baking soda1/2 tsp cinnamon1 1/2 C Quaker Oats1/2 C raisins
Directions
Heat oven to 350. Beat together margarine and sugars until creamy. Add egg and vanilla. Add combined flour, baking soda and cinnamon. Stir in oats and raisins; mix well. Place on ungreased cookie sheet ( I use a cookie scoop). Bake 10 to 12 minutes. Makes about 2 dozen.
