Sole Almondine

Ingredients
1 lb sole or tilapia1/2 stick butter1/4 cup lemon juice1 tsp dill1tsp paprika1/2 cup slivered almonds
Directions
Spray microwave safe baking dish with cooking spray. Place fish in dish. Place butter and almonds in a measuring cup and microwave on high for 2 minutes. Pour over fish. Mix lemon juice and dill and pour over fish. Sprinkle with paprika. Cook in microwave for four minutes or until fish flakes. Serves 4.
