Lasagna Noodles No 8 1 boxPrego Marinara Sauce 2 jars2 Large Eggplants peeled and sliced into roundsRicottta Cheese 8ozMozzarella 4 cupsParmesan Cheese Grated 3 tbspItalian Seasoning Olive Oil Fresh Garlic minced
Directions
Boil noodles according to instructons on package
In a large pan. brown eggplant with olive oil and italian seasoning. Mix 2 tsps of garlic into Ricotta Cheese. Layer items in the following order in rectangular baking dish
sauce (enought to lightly cover bottom)
3 to 4 lasagna noodles, allow edges to overlap.

Sauce
Remaining Mozerrella
Cover and bake for 30mins uncover and bake another 5 at 350 degrees
