Parsnip Chips

Ingredients
1 Parsnip1tsp Olive Oil1tsp Salt (or to taste)1tsp Black Pepper (or to taste)1tsp Cayenne Pepper (or to taste)
Directions
Preheat oven to 400

Slice parsnip as thinly as possible (I use the slicer attachment on my food processor).

Mist a sheet pan with olive oil or cooking spray. Spread parsnip rounds in one layer. Lightly mist parsnip rounds with a little more olive oil. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and cayenne.

Roast in oven for 15 minutes, turning once.
