Ingredients
2.25 c whole wheat flour2 tsp bak powder1/4 tsp baking soda3/4 c unsweetened applesauce.5 c skim milk1/3 c honey1/4 c egg productt tbsp oil1/2 c raisins
Directions
mix dry ingredients in one bowl, make well in mixture
mix wet ingredients in separate bowl
combine and stir till wet but lumpy
fold in raisins
pour into 12 oiled muffin tins
bake 20 min at 400 F
cool 5 min
