Roasted Root Vegetables

Ingredients
2 beets, cut up1 turnip, cut up1 parsnip, cut up1.5 C rutabaga, cut up2 tsp olive oil
Directions
Cut vegetables in 1" cubes. Toss in bowl with olive oil, pinch of kosher salt, garlic & onion powder to taste. Roast at 400 degrees 30 minutes, turn, roast another 25 minutes.
