Homemade Granola

2.5 cups rolled oats1 cup assorted seeds ( seseme, sunflower, etc)1 cup assorted nuts1 cup assorted dried fruits1/3 cup honey1/4 cannola oil1 Table spoon Vanilla extractMay add wheat germ if desired
Whisk oil, honey an vanilla flavoring together and then mix with dry ingredients except the dried fruit. Bake 30 minutes in a 300 degree oven. Remove from oven and add fruit and stir. Allow to cool, stirring regularly so granola will not solidify.
