Roasted red pepper okara hummus

2 cups okara3 cloves garlic2 tbsp canola oil2 tbsp tahini1/4 cup roasted red peppers in water
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender. Puree until smooth, adding water to reach desired consistency. Serves 6 generous serving with crackers or veggies.
