Vita Coco Coconut Water, 1 serving 11.5 oz Banana, fresh, 1 extra small (less than 6" long) Blueberries, frozen (unsweetened), .5 cup, unthawed Spinach, frozen, 0.5 cup (remove) Strawberries, frozen, unsweetened, .5 cup, thawed *Splenda, 1 tsp (remove)
Directions
throw it all in the blender and zip it up!!
