Spicy quinoa with prawns and vegetables

Ingredients
250g prawns100g quinoa75g passata1 tsp olive oil350g mixed vegetables for stir fry1 tsp chilli powder
Directions
make water boil in a pot and add the quinoa. Cook for 20 minutes.

In the meantime, spray a wok with 1 tsp oil and quickly fry the prawns. Drain and add the vegetables, the passata and the chilli powder. Cook on low fire until the quinoa is ready.

Drain the quinoa and add it to the wok, mix togethr with the prawns and veg and then divide it in 4 portions.
