Baked Pork Chops with Tomatoes and Mushrooms

6 Bone in, center cut pork chops 1/2 inch thick2 14.5oz cans of Del Monte diced tomatoes (basil, garlic, & oregano)2 6.5oz cans of sliced mushrooms pepperadobo seasoning (yellow cap)
1. Preheat oven to 350
2. Lay the pork chops in a baking pan at least 3in deep
3. Season all sides of chops with pepper and Adobo seasoning.
4. Cover the chops with sliced mushrooms and pour tomatoes over all.
5. Bake, covered, at 350 for 45 min. Remove cover and bake for 30 more minutes
