MIni Chicken Taco bowls

Ingredients
Chips - Tostitos Baked Scoops (14 chips), 1 serving Cheese, Sargento Reduced Fat Sharp Cheddar (.25 Cup)Salsa, Tostitos Chunky Salsa - Mild, 4 tbspchicken breast grilled or roasted no skin 2 oz Chobani 0% Non-fat Plain Greek Yogurt, 1.5 oz Chi-Chi's Diced Green Chilies, 1 tbsp
Directions
heat oven to 350
arrange 14 scoops on a baking sheet
chop chicken into 14 cubes
place a piece of chicken in the bottom of each scoop
divide salsa and cheese evenly on the scoops
bake 10 minutes (or until the cheese is melted)
mix yogurt and chilies together
top taco bowls with a dollop of chili yogurt
