Cook Quinoa for 15 minutes, bring to bowl, then reduce heat. Bake tofu at 450 degrees on parchment paper. Tofu should be marinated in the Newman's Own Family recipe Italian. Cook for 15 minutes, then flip the tofu for even cooking, and cook for additional 15 minutes. Once the Quinoa and tofu are done put together your Wrap. I do 3 oz of Quinoa, 4 one inch cubes of Tofu, a handful of Bean Sprouts , 1 leaf of romaine and an extra tablespoon of the Family recipe Italian. Roll up your wrap and enjpy, or enjoy without the wrap for a light, delicious salad!
