Wilted Kale

Ingredients
1 large head of kale (about 12 cups)1 tbs unsalted butter1 tbs olive oil1/2 tsp sea saltpinch of red pepper flakes
Directions
Remove touch outer leaves and twist from the core.
Wash in deep bowl filled with water and swish around to remove grit and dirt
dry with either a towel or a salad spinner
Heat butter and oil in skillet over medium heat. Add half the kale and stir until just wilted. Add remaining kale and cook until softened but still bright green. Season with red pepper flakes and salt.
Serve immediately
