Ingredients
2 T Flax Seed2 Scoops Juvo Slim Natural Raw Meal1 cup Private Selection Triple Berry Medley1 Banana1 cup Fresh Spinach
Directions
Place the frozen berries and banana in a blender, followed by 8oz of water, 2 scoops Juvo Slim Raw Meal and 2 tablespoons ground flax seed. Add 1 cup spinach and blend together.
