Shrimp Creole

Ingredients
1 large onion chopped1 large green pepper chopped 4 stalks of celery chopped3 cloves garlic chopped3 tablespoons canola oil3 Cups canned stewed tomatoes2 teaspoons sugarHot Sauce to taste8 ounces cooked shrimp4 cups cooked rice
Directions
Fry onions, green pepper, celery and garlic in canola oil until vegetables lose their crispness. Add tomatoes, sugar and hot sauce and allow to simmer while rice is cooking.
Add shrimp at the last minute only allowing them to warm.
Serve over steaming white rice.
