Ingredients
This makes 1 fish fillet (1 serving), you can add more as needed1 flounder fillet1 crab cake (calculated with Phillips brand frozen crab cakes, no bread crumbs)1/2 Tbsp butter
Directions
If frozen, thaw fish and crab cake
Rub fish with the pat of butter. spread the crab cake on the fish evenly. Roll the fish up and secure with a toothpick. Bake at 350 for 30 min.
