2 cupsCraisens (can substitute any dried fruit)1 cup Peanuts and Walnuts (can use other nuts)2 cups Dry Instant Oats2 cups Rice Crispies (or similar cereal)1/2 cup Peanut Butter1/2 cup Karo Syrup (light or dark or honey can be used)1/2 cup Brown Sugar1 tsp vanilla
Combine nuts, craisens, oats and rice crispies in a large bowl. Combine brown sugar, karo syrup, peanut butter in a seperate large microwavable bowl. Microwave the bowl with the brown sugar, karo syrup and peanut butter for 1 to 2 minutes or until bubbling. Remove from micorwave and and add vanilla. Pour melted mixture over the nuts, craisens, oats and rice crispies and stir until coated. Mold mixture into a 13x9 baking pan greased with cooking spray or butter. Let harden for one hour and cut into 18 pieces.
