*Pork, fresh, loin, sirloin (roasts), boneless, separable lean only, cooked, roasted, 32 oz(remove)Paprika, 1 tbsp(remove)*Caraway Seed, 1 tsp(remove)Garlic powder, .5 tsp(remove)Pepper, black, .5 tsp(remove)Salt, .5 tsp(remove)*Canola Oil, 1 tbsp(remove)Celery, raw, 2 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long)(remove)Carrots, raw, 2 medium(remove)Onions, raw, .5 medium (2-1/2" dia)(remove)Canned Tomatoes, 1 can(remove)Water, tap, .75 cup (8 fl oz)(remove)*Noodles, egg, cooked, unenriched, without added salt, 3 cup(remove)Sour Cream, 6 tbsp(remove)
cut meat into 1'' cubes. Mix spices together then toss meat in them. Brown meat in a skillet with oil, brown in two batches. Put meat into crock pot. Add diced veggies, tomatoes, and water. Cook on low for 5-6 hours. Prepare noodles according to directions . Place 1/2 c noodles in a bowl, top with 1 1/4 c goulash, add a tblsp of sourcream on top and sprinkle w/ a bit of paprika .
