"Baked" Apple Oatmeal

Ingredients
Directions
1/2 medium apple (finely diced)1/8 cup raisins1/2 cup quick oats1 cup milk1 Tbsp waterCinnamon and nutmeg to taste
1) finely chop apple
2) microwave apple with 1 Tbsp of water until soft (about 2 minutes)
3) add raisins, oats and milk to apple
4) add cinnamon and nutmeg to taste
5) microwave for 3 minutes or until thickened, stirring ocasionally
Makes 1 "breakfast" serving
*** you can substitute different fruits, but I find that combining one fresh fruit and one dry fruit give a nice consistency and level of sweetness
