Wild Salmon, canned 2 CANSBread, reduced-calorie, wheat, 2 sliceMilk, nonfat, 3/4 CUPLemon Juice, 2 TBSPEgg, fresh, 1 largePepper, black, 1/4TSPSalt, 1/2 TSP
Directions
PREHEAT OVEN TO 375.
DRAIN ,FLAKE AND REMOVE BONES FROM SALMON.SOAK BREAD IN MILK.
ADD THE BREAD AND THE REST OF THE INGREDIENTS AND MIX LIGHTLY.
PACK IN A LOAF PAN SPRAYED WITH PAM.
BAKE FOR 1 HOUR ,LET SYAND 15 MIN BEFORE REMOVING AND SLICING.
