i can blackeyed peas rinsed and drained1 roasted poblano pepper roased and diced small1/2 onion diced small1/2 red bell pepper diced small1.5 mangos diced small3 tbs lime juice1 tsp lime zest chopped1/4 cup cilanto chopped1/4 tsp salt1/2 tsp black pepper2 tsp extra virgin olive oil
Directions
mix together and serve on low fat tortilla chips.
