Blueberry Muffin in a Mug

Ingredients
1/4 cup quick oats1 egg (sub. 1/4 egg beaters for less calories)1/4 c. frozen blueberries1 tsp. brown sugar/stevia (optional)couple shakes of cinnamonIf using fresh blueberries, addtbsp soymilk or regular milk(for added moistness!)
Directions
Mix all together in a mug. Microwave for 1 minute. Add 30 seconds if it needs to 'firm up.'
