It was very yummy, but could certainly use more mushrooms. I used an entire 10oz package for 4 fillets and it wasn't enough. I added garlic and ginger and it tasted great. I have it left over with rice and some additional soy sauce. Very tasty! - 12/12/08

MY FAMILY LIKED IT BETTER WHEN I PUT HOME-MADE DRESSING - THE WORKS, WITH THE MUSHROOMS, ETC. ADDED QUITE A BIT MORE FLAVOR.

BAKED ON CELERY STALKS TO KEEP IT 'UP' FROM TOUCHING THE PAN - THEN WE ATE THE COOKED CELERY TOO. VERY GOOD - 2/21/08

Fantastic! Used garlic, ginger, low sodium soy sauce, and whole wheat bread crumbs. Baked with zucchini and summer squash slices as well as the mushrooms. YUM! - 3/19/10

This recipe made a fish meal taste great - so says my wife who abhors anything from the ocean, sea, lake or stream, except shrimp.

It's a very versatile recipe that I am going to try with all sorts of fish. If my wife can't or won't eat it, she'll need something else and I will have more fish. - 3/5/10

This is really good. I did it without the soy (didn't have but needed to cook the fish anyway) but with lemon pepper, put it over cauliflower rice "stuffing", and omg. It is wonderful-thank you! - 5/25/19

I am making fish sometime this week and I am going to try this recipe. I think I will leave out the bread crumbs. Not a bread crumb fan. Let you know how I liked it later. - 8/16/09

I used Halibut and asked my husband what he thought - should I make it again. He said sure and five minutes later he said "Definitely make this again - this is great!" I enjoyed it as well and want to try some other serving suggestions like potato slices and dill carrots. - 10/17/08
