Baked White Fish with Mushrooms

6 whiting fish fillets1 cup chopped mushrooms1 oz lemon juice1 tbsp soy sauce1 slice bread - crumbledSaltseasonings to taste
Preheat oven to 350*F.
Place fish fillets in baking dish.
Top with sliced mushrooms and bread crumbs.
Sprinkle seasonings, lemon juice and soy sauce.
Bake 15-20 min.

This recipe made a fish meal taste great - so says my wife who abhors anything from the ocean, sea, lake or stream, except shrimp.
It's a very versatile recipe that I am going to try with all sorts of fish. If my wife can't or won't eat it, she'll need something else and I will have more fish. - 3/5/10
