Ingredients

Honey Wheat BreadMayonnaiseOnion or Scallions if you wishTuna, water-packedSeasonings as desiredTomato - sliceCheese slice - Haverty
Add to (1) 5-oz can drained tuna: Chopped Onion or scallions to taste; seasonings to taste (I use pepper & celery salt); 1 or 2 Tbl mayonnaise; Mix well.
Place mixture onto 1 slice of bread. Top with 1 large or 2 small slices of fresh tomato. Top with 1 slice of cheese of your choice - I like butterkaase or haverty. Many like cheddar or swiss.
Place under broiler til cheese melts.
