Ingredients
Following directions on the box or package, boil water on the stove and add seasoning packageRemove from heat, cover and let stand for five minutes. Fluff with fork and refrigerate until chilled.Add the fresh red pepper, cucumber, scallions, and shredded carrot and Italian dressing and mix to coat. Add more dressing to suit your taste. (optional)
Directions
Cook the Cous Cous according to the instructions on the box or package
Then cool in fridge until chilled
Add vegetables and Italian dressing
