Ingredients
This, what we used. You could choose to use much more fish. This, just what we had on hand:300 grams fresh or thawed cod (or haddock, halibut)1 small shallot1 clove of garlic1/2 cup of whole grain bread crumbs3 tablespoons of whole wheat flour1/4 cup parsleysalt to taste (we added just one or two shakes)2 tablespoons canola oil (or grapeseed oil)
