Ingredients
Green Bell PepperRed Bell PepperMedium White OnionFresh MushroomsVegetable BrothLow Sodium Soy Sauce
Directions
Spray frying pan with Pam or non calorie spray of your choice. On Medium heat add peppers and onions cook covered for about 5 minutes, then add vegetable broth and let simmer until peppers and onions are almost cooked to your taste, then add mushrooms, simmer until mushrooms are to your liking, just before serving add soy sauce and mix well. Serve. Makes 4 1 cup servings
